Followup - January 1971 Charles is an intelligent young man who has taken a great interest in learning about all the phases of his treatment. It is felt that explanations and discussions with the patient regarding his medical treatment, medication and complications is the most effective approach at this time. He has appeared to be more at ease and cooperative when he is fully aware of the reasons for action taken. The patient talks freely and easily regarding his fears about his physical condition and his life in general. Future services to this patient should involve emotional support and constant reassurance. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
