Pursuant to the discussion of copyright term extension in class Monday, you should know that Larry Lessig's talk on his Supreme Court argument against the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act is available online in Flash (given at OSCON this year - note that he pissed a lot of people off). The overriding theme (appearing between the <refrain> </refrain> pseudo-HTML) is that of his latest book, The Future of Ideas.
Larry's use of PowerPoint is masterful (not something I say lightly, I might add), and illustrates some vitally important principles in presentation that you see violated each day (although I'm trying to do better!).
Overheads for November 1 lecture (warning: 4 MB PDF - you probably should download and then view.)
For future reference:
Frank Field is regularly assembling and updating online resources
